Grant seekers can submit a written grant request electronically or by postal mail. Please include the following points in your request.
- contact information (name, address, phone, fax, email)
- amount requested
- summary of your organizations history, purpose, and current operations
- summarize your future plans and goals
- summary of how the funds will be used
- explain what impact the grant will have on your organization
